In an Islamic Will (wasiat), up to one-third of one's wealth can be distributed to institutions and individuals outside of one's rightful heirs (faraidh beneficiaries). This is in accordance with Islamic ruling of wealth distributions. Willing away more than one-third of one's wealth to non-faraidh beneficiaries may render the wasiat invalid.
