Submission deadlines for Government-Paid Leave (GPL) claims vary by scheme. Most schemes require submission within 3 months after the last day of the relevant leave, except for benefit schemes which allow up to 15 months after the child's date of birth.

Government-Paid Maternity Benefit (GPMB), Government-Paid Paternity Benefit (GPPB), Government-Paid Adoption Benefit (GPAB), and Shared Parental Benefit (SPB)

Within 15 months after the child's date of birth

If you have missed the deadline

You can still submit an online application with the reasons for your late submission. Late submissions from employers and self-employed persons are subject to approval by MSF. Please note that late submissions may require a longer processing time.
