What do I need to do before submitting my notice of revocation to OPG?

Before submitting your notice of revocation to OPG, you must inform all your Donees in writing that you have revoked your LPA.

You may do so in any of the following ways:

  • In person, by delivering a written notice directly to them

  • By post

  • By email
