What is LPA revocation?
LPA revocation is the process by which you, as the Donor, revoke your registered LPA.
If you wish to revoke your LPA, you must inform your Donees in writing and submit a notice of revocation to OPG, so that the registration of your LPA may be cancelled.
You may submit your notice of revocation through the OPG Online (OPGO) portal, or by hardcopy form if you are unable to access OPGO.
