Will my Donees be notified?

You are required to inform your Donees in writing that you have revoked your LPA before notifying OPG.

You may do so in any of the following ways:

  • In person, by delivering a written notice directly to them

  • By post

  • By email

OPG will also notify your appointed Donees upon submission of your notice of revocation, and upon cancellation of your registered LPA.
