How do I submit my notice of revocation to OPG?

Log in to OPG Online (OPGO) using Singpass and select "Revoke LPA" under your registered LPA. Review and acknowledge the information provided, complete the required declarations, make payment, and submit your notice of revocation.

If you are unable to access OPGO, you may submit a hardcopy revocation form instead. If you require assistance with completing the form, you may approach ServiceSG Centres.
