Are parents on traineeship or internship eligible for Government-Paid Leave (GPL) benefits?
Parents may be eligible for Government-Paid Leave (GPL) if there is an employer-employee relationship with the agency/organisation to which they are attached. If you are unsure of the nature of your traineeship/internship arrangement, you may refer to your contract or confirm directly with Human Resources.
