Am I eligible for Government-Paid Childcare Leave (GPCL) or Extended Childcare Leave (ECL) if my child is not a Singapore Citizen?

If the child is not a Singapore Citizen and the parent meets all other eligibility criteria, the parent may be eligible for Childcare Leave under the Employment Act.

In this case, the 2 days of childcare leave will be paid by the employer. For more information, please visit the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)'s website for more details.
