No. You are advised to check your LPA application carefully before submitting it to OPG. No changes are allowed after the LPA is submitted to OPG. 

You may withdraw the submitted LPA within the mandatory 3-weeks waiting period before the LPA is registered, and thereafter submit a new LPA application.

Withdrawal cannot be made if the mandatory 3-weeks waiting period has passed and the LPA is already registered.  In this case, you will need to submit a notice to OPG to revoke the LPA, and submit a new LPA application.

Please note that submitting a new LPA application will require a new certification by the Certificate Issuer.
