Your LPA application will be ‘Pending Acceptance’ for OPG to review your application. Once OPG accepts your application, there is a 3-week mandatory waiting period before the LPA can be registered. If no objections are received by OPG by the specified date in the LPA acceptance notice, the LPA will be registered at the end of the mandatory waiting period.
