What is the processing time for hardcopy submission and applying LPA online?

With online LPA submission via OPGO, the processing for acceptance for most LPAs is almost instantaneous upon submission. For exception cases, it may take about 8 working days, excluding the mandatory 3-week waiting period, for the LPA to be registered. 


For hardcopy LPAs, the processing time is 3 weeks on average (excluding the mandatory 3-week waiting period).
