Once I have started to draft my LPA, is there a deadline for the LPA to be submitted to OPG?

You must submit your LPA to OPG for registration within 6 months from the date of creation of your LPA. This means that you must obtain your Donee’s consent to be appointed and have your LPA certified by a certificate issuer within this period. Your draft LPA will be removed from OPGO after 6 months from creation, and you will need to redraft your LPA.
