To cancel your LPA before it is registered, you may withdraw your application at any time during the mandatory 3 week waiting period, if you have mental capacity to do so.

Please complete and sign the [withdrawal form] and submit to the Office of the Public Guardian by post or email. OPG must receive your withdrawal form before the Specified Date indicated on your notice of acceptance, or the LPA will be registered.
