Can Government-Paid Childcare Leave (GPCL) or Extended Childcare Leave (ECL) entitlements be transferred to another family member?
The biological parent's entitlement to GPCL/ECL cannot be transferred to another person. Unless the family member is a court-appointed legal guardian or foster parent to the children, they are not entitled to GPCL/ECL.
