Examples of such homes include: (i) Crisis Shelters, (ii) Transitional Shelters, (iii) Community Youth Hostels and (iv) Temporary Shelters. As part of MSF's risk-based regulatory approach, we will not license such homes under the SRHA for now. This is because unlike clients in SRHs that will be licensed when the Act is implemented, clients in these homes are independent and therefore less reliant on the home for 24/7 care.
