I operate a residential facility that is not funded by MSF. Would this residential facility be licensed under the SRHA as well?
This would depend on whether your residential facility falls under the definition of a licensable Social Residential Home. MSF would first need to conduct an assessment on this, which would include (but is not limited to) better understanding your facility’s (i) client profile and (ii) scope of services.
Please write in to MSF at MSF_RPL@msf.gov.sg with the relevant details, so that we can better advise you on whether the residential facility would be caught under the licensing scope of the SRHA.
