The Donor’s Singpass SMS 2FA is linked to my mobile number using the Multi-User SMS 2FA service. Will the Donor still be able to download the Singpass application and digitally sign on his/her LPA?

The Donor may still onboard the Singpass application by following the steps below:

  1. Download Singpass app on smartphone.

  2. Key in Singpass User ID and password.

  3. Set up Singpass Face Verification (SFV) if prompted on the app.

  4. If app does not prompt to set up SFV, or if the Donor does not wish to use SFV, he/she may opt for a PIN mailer.


After the Donor has onboarded the Singpass app, he/she may digitally sign on the LPA.
