You may download the draft LPA during the certification session before the Donor and CI complete signing. Under the new signing process, signing is completed in Singpass Sign Portal and the CI returns to OPGO after the signatures are completed. If the CI needs a copy for reference, this should be handled before signing, or the Donor may send the registered LPA to the CI via OPGO after registration. The registered LPA will be sent as a password-protected PDF.
