How will I know signing is completed?

After the Donor completes signing in Singpass Sign Portal, the Donor signature will be shown as completed in OPGO.

The CI will then complete the same Singpass Sign Portal steps to review and sign.

Once both Donor and CI signatures are completed, the CI will be redirected back to OPGO and can proceed to submit the LPA application for registration.
