How can I digitally sign the LPA with Singpass?

To digitally sign the LPA during certification, the Donor and Certificate Issuer (CI) will complete the signing step through Singpass Sign Portal.

The Donor signs first, followed by the CI. Each signer will:

  1. Be redirected from OPGO to Singpass Sign Portal.

  2. Log in using the Singpass app by scanning the Singpass QR code.

  3. Review the LPA document and mark the required section as reviewed.

  4. Select Proceed to Sign.

  5. Scan the second Singpass QR code to sign, check that the reference code matches, and approve using the Singpass app. After both Donor and CI have signed, the CI will return to OPGO to submit the LPA application for registration.
