I just received a pay increase (promotion/changed job) and my CPF data would not be reflective of my current income. How can I appeal to be compensated based on my current income?
If there are inaccuracies or discrepancy in the automated computed MUP amounts, your employer will be able to amend the payment amount by submitting relevant supporting documents via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal. Your employer should do so at least two weeks before the start of your ORNS activity. Otherwise, the automatically computed amount will be paid first, and the difference will be paid subsequently after the adjustments are processed.
Please approach your company’s HR for them to make the adjustments on the OneNS Portal.
