I just started working and my CPF data does not reflect my current income. How can I be compensated based on my current income?
Please approach your company’s HR to make the necessary adjustments on the OneNS Portal. Your employer will be able to amend the payment amount by submitting relevant supporting documents via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal.
Your employer should do so at least two weeks before the start of your ORNS activity. Otherwise, the automatically computed amount will be paid first, and the difference will be paid subsequently after the adjustments are processed.

Does the auto-computed payment apply the latest information from CPF Board? For example, if the ORNS activity starts on the 1st of the month, will the claim use data for that month?

My company is not on the DIRECT scheme. Based on MINDEF’s auto-computed amounts, we have to pay our NSmen employees more than what we would need to if we were to deduct their salaries based on the time they are away from work due to NS activity. Can we appeal to get the difference?
