You can propose changes to the auto-generated MUP amount by submitting the relevant supporting documents (i.e., payslips) via the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService on the OneNS Portal. Any proposed changes should be submitted two weeks before the start of the ORNS activity.

If the ORNS activity has started, you can appeal for the MUP claim to be calculated based on your NSman employee’s latest payslip, via the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService. If your employee is a Home Team NSman, please submit an appeal via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.
