If there are inaccuracies or discrepancy in the automated computed MUP amounts, your employer will be able to amend the payment amount by submitting relevant supporting documents via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal. Your employer should do so at least two weeks before the start of your ORNS activity. Otherwise, the automatically computed amount will be paid first, and the difference will be paid subsequently after the adjustments are processed.

Please approach your company’s HR for them to make the adjustments on the OneNS Portal.
