You can propose changes and justify the changes with relevant supporting documents via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal.

As we rely on CPF data submitted by employers two to three months before the ORNS activity to auto-compute the MUP, the data might not be the most updated. All amendments to auto-generated MUP amounts should be made within three months from the start of the ORNS activity.
