Since your NSman employee’s ORNS activity started in Dec 2023, you can appeal for the MUP claim to be computed based on his AW from Jan 2023 to Dec 2023, via the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService. If your employee is a Home Team NSman, please submit an appeal via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.
