What happens if I forget to verify my NSmen employees' claims before the start of their ORNS activities?

The auto-generated MUP amounts will be paid to you/your employees within 10 working days after the start of the ORNS/SV activity even if you do not verify the claims on the eService. Should there be a need to amend the MUP claims after the ORNS/SV activity has started, you may submit the adjustments with supporting documents via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If your employee is a Home Team NSman, please submit the appeal request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay. All proposed changes must be submitted within three months from the start of the ORNS/SV activity.
