Please approach your employer to submit the adjustments with supporting documents via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If you are a Home Team NSman, your employer should submit the appeal request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.

Any additional payment will be paid within 14 working days upon acceptance of the adjusted claims and supporting documents.

All adjustments must be submitted within three months from the start of the ORNS activity.
