The automatically calculated MUP amount will be paid to you/your employer within 10 working days from the start of your ORNS activity even if your employer does not verify the claim on the eService.

Should there be a need to propose changes to the claim after your ORNS activity has started, your employer may submit the adjustments with supporting documents via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If you a Home Team NSman, your employer should submit the appeal request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.

All adjustments must be submitted within three months from the start of the ORNS activity.
