Your employees should inform you if their ORNS activity was rescheduled or they did not attend the ORNS/SV activity. Although the MUP claim was already auto-generated, payment will not be made as the NSman did not attend the ORNS activity.

You will have to submit a claim via the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService on the OneNS Portal for the amended training period for the MUP claim to be processed.
