MUP claims are auto-generated around one month before your ORNS activity. Your claims are managed by your employer on the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If your MUP claim has not been not auto-generated less than a month before your ORNS activity, please approach your employer to submit a self-initiated MUP claim on the 'Employee Payment Management' eService before the start of your ORNS activity.
