You should inform your employer if your ORNS activity was rescheduled or you did not attend the ORNS activity. If the MUP claim was already auto-generated, your employer will need to submit a claim cancellation request as soon as possible via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If you are a Home Team NSman, your employer should submit the cancellation request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.
