You can propose changes to auto-generated claims via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. Click here for a video guide on proposing changes to claims.

Any proposed adjustments to claims should be submitted two weeks before the start of the ORNS/SV activity. If accepted, you will receive the adjusted amount within 10 working days from the start of the ORNS/SV activity. Otherwise, you will ?rst receive the auto-generated MUP amount. Any additional payment will be paid within 14 working days upon receipt of the adjusted claims and supporting documents.

If the ORNS/SV activity has started, you will need to submit the proposed adjustments with supporting documents via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If your employee is a Home Team NSman, please submit the appeal request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.

All proposed changes must be submitted within three months from the start of your ORNS activity.
