My employer is not based in Singapore. How can I claim MUP?

Updated by MINDEF
MUP claims will not be automatically generated for NSmen who are employed by companies that are based overseas. As companies that are not locally registered do not have to contribute CPF, no CPF wage information will be available for MUP to be automatically generated. Upon receiving the SAF100, you should inform your employer of your ORNS activity and arrange for unpaid time-off or leave. Please approach your employer to submit a MUP claim on your behalf via the following FormSG link: (https://go.gov.sg/osemployment).
