My company is not based in Singapore but my NSman employee works in Singapore. Why is MUP not auto-computed?

MUP claims will not be automatically generated for NSmen who are employed by companies based overseas. As companies that are not locally registered do not have to contribute CPF, no CPF wage information will be available for MUP to be automatically generated.

Upon receiving the SAF100, your NSmen employee should inform you of his ORNS activity and arrange for unpaid time-off or leave with you. You will need to submit a MUP claim for the NSman via the following FormSG link (https://go.gov.sg/osemployment).
