Updated by MHA In general, Singapore’s criminal laws are technologically neutral, and already cover AI-enabled crimes. MHA continually reviews our criminal law to ensure they remain up to date. In addition, the Online Criminal Harms Act (OCHA) also allows the Government to issue directions to online service providers to prevent online criminal activities from interacting with or reaching Singapore users. Contact us
