What criminal offences will be deemed serious enough for the Government to revoke the immigration status of an offender?

Updated by MHA
Foreigners, including Permanent Residents (PRs), who break our laws or engage in undesirable conduct may have their passes or permits cancelled, and be prohibited from re-entry into Singapore. PRs who have been convicted of an offence will have their PR status reviewed by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.
