Payouts are made to the bank account you gave in the onboarding form, with the People's Association as the sender.

When

• All donations received in a day are combined into one payout, scheduled for the next business day. For example, donations received on 3 October are paid as one transfer on the next business day.

• Bank processing can occasionally delay a payout by a few days.

What you will see

• One transfer per day of donations. If your IPC received $100 in donations on a day, you receive a bank transfer of $100. On days with no donations, there is no transfer. KampungSpirit does not charge any platform or admin fees.

• How the sender displays depends on your bank and the payment rail, so it may not show as "PA" on every statement.

If a payout has not arrived or does not match

Allow three business days from the donation date. After that, write in through the KampungSpirit feedback form using your registered Finance email address, with a redacted bank statement only showing RedeemSG payouts for the month. We use it to compare against our records and follow up if the figures differ.
