The report lists every voucher donation your IPC received in the previous month.

When

• Within the first week of the following month. The October report arrives in the first week of November and covers all donations made in October.

• The December report arrives in the first week of January 2027, ahead of IRAS's 31 January 2027 deadline for 2026 records.

• You receive a report only for months in which you received donations.

How it arrives

• By email to the Finance POC address in your onboarding form, as a password-protected Excel file.

• The password is sent once by SMS to the Finance POC mobile number with your first report.

• A shared finance mailbox is recommended so the report does not depend on one person.

Need help?

• If your Finance POC changes, the password is lost, or the report has not arrived a week into the month, submit the KampungSpirit feedback form using your registered Finance email address.

• If the issue is urgent, for example you received a report that is not yours, email support@kampungspirit.gov.sg instead.
