Your Singapore PR status will not be affected if you do not travel out of Singapore without a valid Re-Entry Permit (REP). A valid REP is needed each time you travel abroad, for the entire overseas period. You may check your Re-Entry Permit (REP) validity and print a copy of your REP using the ICA e-Service.
