Was my Singapore PR application submitted successfully if I did not get to the payment page?

Your PR application is not submitted successfully if you did not reach the payment page. Please log in to ICA e-Service to retrieve your application and complete the payment. Upon successful payment, you will immediately see a "Payment is successful" dialog box and a payment receipt will be sent to the email address you have provided during application.
