What should I do if payment is not successful for my APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) application?
If you are submitting a new application and payment is not successful, please clear the browser cache and re-submit the application via the e-Service.
If you are submitting a renewal application and payment is not successful, you will receive an email with instructions to complete payment.
