What should I do if my generated QR code(s) in MyICA mobile app is expiring?
If the passport(s) of your saved profile(s) tagged to the QR code remain valid, the QR code validity will be automatically extended when you generate the QR code via the MyICA mobile app.
If the passport(s) of your saved profile(s) tagged to the QR code have expired or is expiring, you may update the profile(s) with the new passport number and new passport expiry date in MyICA mobile app before generating a new QR code.
