Does ICA disclose my personal data submitted in applications?
Personal data submitted for application purposes will be shared with relevant government agencies to screen, assess and review the applications. This is necessary as part of immigration control and national security. Safeguards are in place to limit and protect the information shared.
ICA will not share your personal data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
ICA will never sell your personal data.
