What will happen if I overstay in Singapore?

Updated by ICA 34 found this helpful

Overstaying is an offence under the Immigration Act. Depending on the number of days you have overstayed, you will be subjected to a composition fine or prosecution in court.
You can submit your application for a Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) extension via ICA e-Service for ICA's assessment.
