What can I do if the e-Service hangs when I enter my details for the extension of stay application?

You can refresh your browser and submit or resubmit the application.
You can check your application status via the 'Enquire Application Status' function of the e-Service by keying in your travel document and DE number; or travel document number and travel document expiry date.
