You are advised to print out the approval slip using the 'Enquire Application Status' function in the e-Service and place it in your passport for easy reference.

Foreign visitors could either be holding a travel document with a physical endorsement of the short-term visit pass (STVP); an electronic visit pass (e-Pass) or a printed approval slip to indicate the new extended STVP.

If the application for extension of stay was made online, you can verify the stay validity by using the 'Enquire Application Status' function in the e-Service. You will need to key in either the travel document number and DE number (found in the SG Arrival Card acknowledgement); or the travel document number and its expiry date.
