What should I do if there is incorrect information on the digital stillbirth certificate?

If it is within 6 months from the date of stillbirth, you may approach the certifying doctor to amend the information. Once notified by the doctor that the information has been corrected, parents can download the updated stillbirth certificate from the My Legacy website within 30 days from the amendment date.

If it is after 6 months, please email ICA at ICA_DPU_RBD@ica.gov.sg with the details.
