The Confirmation of Stillbirth is a temporary document. Parents should download the digital stillbirth certificate from My Legacy website after 24 hours, following the stillbirth certification by the doctor.
To do so, you will need the following information from the Confirmation of Stillbirth: Confirmation of Stillbirth Number, Mother’s ID Number and Date of Stillbirth.
