You may contact the certifying doctor/ hospital to confirm if the stillbirth information has been submitted online and to obtain the Stillbirth Certificate Number from the doctor/hospital.

Thereafter, you can use the Stillbirth Certificate Number to download the digital certificate from My Legacy.
